Since its beginning 100 years ago, the Cub Scout program has offered a fun and educational experience with an emphasis on values. Besides providing a positive place where kids can enjoy safe, wholesome activities, Cub Scouting focuses on building character, improving physical fitness, teaching practical skills, and developing a spirit of community service. Chartered by the Richmond / Carolina Volunteer Fire Association in December of 1973, Pack 1 Richmond has delivered this mission for 50+ years. We proudly serve the families of Richmond and the surrounding communities. Each year, our Cub Scouts and their families donate their time and talent to a number of service projects that make our community a better place to live.
